Guests travelling with pets must inform the reservations department before completing their booking.

Pets up to 10 kg are welcome in predetermined pet-friendly room types, subject to availability.

Only one pet is permitted in each room.

Aggressive pets are strictly forbidden. Spyrou Hospitality Group reserves the right to remove guests whose pets are considered aggressive towards hotel staff or other guests.

Guests must provide an updated and valid pet Health Record Booklet upon arrival. This is required for the check-in process.

Pets must have all recommended vaccinations up to date. Pets must also be deflead three days prior to arrival, and a fleas and ticks repellent must be applied before the stay.

Pets must never be left unattended in the room.

Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, sofas or similar surfaces.

Pets must be kept under control and on a lead or in a carrier in all public areas of the properties.

Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately and disposing of waste properly, both inside and outside the room.

Pets are not permitted in pool areas, restaurants or wellness areas.

At check-out, the room should be clean of any pet leftovers.

Guest Responsibility

Pet owners are fully responsible for their pet's actions during their stay, including any damage to property, injury to staff or disturbance to other guests.

In case of damages caused by a pet, the pet owner agrees to compensate the property according to the cost of the damages.

The property reserves the right to request the removal of the pet if the pet owner does not comply with the above terms and conditions. In case of early check-out, cancellation fees and early departure policies may apply.
